An update on Billie from Lara.
Just wanted to let you know that we all arrived home safely and Billie is settling in really well. She is very inquisitive and is checking out everything inside and outside the house. She has shown no interest in the cats. Dougal is driving her mad with curiosity and tailgating her everywhere, but she is playing it really cool and handling him very well – I guess she’ll be wearing the pants in the back yard!
I’ve attached a photo of Dougal and Billie had to lure her with a toy to get them to both look in the same direction! She is crazy for toys and balls but we’ve been there before, it’s great.
Having her here is bringing back so many wonderful memories of our other dog that looked like her and I know adopting her today was the right decision.
